We’re looking to add a Paid Social Media Specialist to our team at Geek Town USA! The ideal candidate will have a diverse background in paid social media campaigns. This person must be able to navigate an entrepreneurial environment and be willing to toggle between strategy and execution daily. We’re looking for someone who is creative, perceptive, and really understands how to build campaigns with great ad copy and imagery. This person will be responsible for leading and executing digital initiatives in support of our clients’ overall brand strategies and goals. The Paid Social Media Specialist will bring a fresh and experienced perspective and explore new ways to engage audiences and hit KPIs.

Duties
- Responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies, programs, and content in support of yearly goals across a variety of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and more
- Manage campaign execution, optimization, and measurement (metrics, tracking, reporting)
Responsible for campaign execution, and measurement - Plan and manage monthly digital budgets
- Research and share key trends and emerging channels
- Responsible for understanding the competitive landscape, client mindset, and business needs to inform digital strategy & execution
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience
- Proficiency with Facebook Ads/Business Manager, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and more
- Experience in setting up conversion tracking, creating marketing pixels and UTM tracking
- Experience measuring and making recommendations using performance measurement tools, metrics, and other social dashboards
- A deep understanding of digital social platforms & trends
- A self starter who is eager to test new ways to share our brand story, engage clients, and drive results
- Strong project management and organizational skills and the ability to collaborate with all levels of the organization
Bonus Qualifications
- Strong eye for design and copywriting; Photoshop experience is a plus
- Ability to create compelling digital content
- Experience with multi-location client accounts
